  The surface paint of the helmet adopts an overall environmentally friendly polyurea spray (polyurethane adhesive paint), which has the characteristics of wear resistance, high temperature resistance, non peeling paint layer, corrosion resistance to various chemicals, UV light resistance, waterproofing, etc., and has excellent compatibility performance.

   The product V50 test method has passed ISO9001-2015 quality management system certification certification.

   Can issue a testing report from the Quality Supervision and Inspection Center for Special Police Equipment of the Ministry of Public Security.Each bulletproof helmet comes with a product quality liability insurance of RMB 3,000,000 yuan.

Product technical characteristics

   The outer part of the helmet shell is sprayed with a new environmentally friendly polyurethane adhesive paint, which has the advantages of being insensitive to temperature and humidity, good mechanical properties, outstanding aging resistance, and integrated coating compared to traditional spray painting. Thus, it eliminates the occurrence of helmet adhesive strips being easily affected by temperature and humidity, leading to glue opening and paint peeling after helmet collision. Bulletproof helmets are specially designed and manufactured for special operations and special service forces.     The front end of the helmet is a night vision camera bracket base, which can load the night vision camera. The design of nailless installation enhances the overall bulletproof performance of the helmet. The guide rails on both sides can be used to load tactical lighting equipment, cameras, and other equipment. The helmet Velcro can be used to attach the unit number and identification mark. The suspension system is fixed with a four point chin strap, and the memory cotton module pad is designed specifically for Asians to wear. The suspension cap clamp adjustment system has a self-locking function, which can rotate and adjust the tightness, effectively preventing accidents such as loose or detached suspension when users wear helmets during exercise.
